Off The Grid!

Ive been off the grid for a while, well since the Sara Killey walk anyway.  Only managing a few miles although I am saying it was climate training as we went away to the sun.  The other bloggers are putting me to shame at the moment and I am sorry for my nonblogging ways at the moment.  I am hoping to rectify it on the run up to Parish Walk day which is in only 1 month 5 days.  Gulp!!!!
I have decided finally that I am not completing the parish this year due to a trip planned a few days after so its going to be a trip to Peel in a decent time hopefully.  Last year we managed to get to Peel in 7hr 54mins this year I would like to break the 7 hour mark if possible which will be touch and go considering my time in the Sara Killey.

By now if you are seriously contemplating completing the course you should be at your physical peak as in the next couple or three weeks you should start to taper off giving it a rest for the week before the big day.

This is a rushed blog post as I thought that people may have thought I was missing in action somewhere, the truth is I hadnt really got anything to write and with being away on holiday felt it tough to tap my keyboard to make any sense.
